Stampin' Up! Waterfront - quick & simple

Hello, here are the details for our first project this week using a stamp set called Waterfront.

This is one of those cards that is really quick and simple and it could be made in a variety of different colours too.

Now you might think this a bit strange but I used Wisteria Wonder for the mountains.  I tried several colours, stamping off too but the one I thought worked best with the other colours was in fact, Wisteria Wonder!

The images in this set make it so easy to build up little scenes very quickly (once you decide on the colours that is).  The triangle shaped image has been used for the sky (Soft Sky) and the water (Pool Party).

The inside and the envelope were stamped to match.

It was only when I finished the second project for this week that I had a further idea.  Why not use the 'waste' square from the frame cut from Tranquil Tide?  So, this morning we did!

Here is a card made this morning that is ready and waiting for a sentiment to be added when needed.
